Performance and racing kits are suitable only for organized competitive racing at controlled events where race organizers provide all appropriate racing safety measures including fire suppression and first aid services. Kits that provide additional power are only suitable for expert riders. Performance products increases the speed, horse power and torque of the recreational vehicle and can result in injury or death to the rider, any passengers or bystanders. HardRider Motowerks or affiliates are without any liability or responsibility on the part of purchaser or user of our products and the purchaser purchases with the full understanding that the products are performance products to increase horsepower to the vehicle it is applied to.
Further the purchaser understands that it is highly recommended that a professional install and setup the purchased products per instruction and professional understanding of racing equipment. HardRider Motowerks or affiliates takes no responsibility for personal, product damage, engine damage or anything related to our performance products whatsoever.
Turbo kits are sold without any liability or responsibility on the part of HardRider MotoWerks, affiliate companies, staff, supplier or manufacturer. Riders riding any performance products added to a motorcycle ride at their own risk. ProBoost turbo kits or products sold be HardRider MotoWerks bear no responsibility. The buyer of ProBoost performance products understand that turbo products sold are for pro riders who fully understand the substantial gain in power and they do this at their own risk.
ProBoost turbo systems, the distributor and/or reseller provide no warranty whatsoever to the customer on the turbo unit and shall in no event be responsible for any loss or malfunction of or damage caused to the turbo kit, the engine it is installed on, the recreational vehicle of the customer as a result of the installation and or use of the turbo kit. Any personal issues caused by using ProBoost turbo equipment is entirely the responsibility of the rider, who understands, that installing turbo kits and or riding turbocharged motorcycles requires knowledge of such systems and the manufacturer, distributor or reseller bears no responsibility of personal or physical damages.
The customer acknowledges that the turbo kit substantially increases the stress on any motor it is installed on and such stress may result in needed repairs or malfunction.
